Cancellation & Refunds policy

To be agreed by Goytre Community Centre Management Committee

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail contact@goytrecommunitycentre.com

Please ensure the email includes the following information:

  • Email title states [Cancellation / Amended Booking Request]

  • Order Reference number

  • Event Title

  • Date & Time of the booking

  • Reason for cancellation

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which the cancellation request was received. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Cancellation & Refund:

In order to be eligible for a full refund for cancellations:

  • Cancellations must not be within 24 hours of the original hire date and time. Any cancellations within this period will not be refunded.

  • In the case of unforeseen events or an emergency, requiring the cancellation of the booking within the 24 hour exclusionary period, refunds will be at the Goytre Community Centre management committee's discretion.

Amend Bookings

Once you have placed a booking it cannot be amended directly within our booking system. If you need to change the duration, you will need to cancel the existing appointment, and rebook with the new duration. A cancellation request should be submitted in line with the instructions at the top of this cancellation and refund policy.

Bookings cannot be amended within 24 hours of the original hire date and time. A full refund will be actioned if the cancellation request is received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the original hire date and time.
